With a career spanning investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, and investor relations, Adrian has built a reputation for strategic foresight, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to value creation.

Before founding Adrian Edge Ventures, Adrian served as Assistant Manager & Head of Investor Relations at Rockridge Capital Holdings, LLC, the family investment office of the late Frederick DeLuca, founder of Subway Restaurants. At Rockridge, he played a pivotal role in designing investment strategies, fundraising, investor communications, and overseeing direct private equity investments, refining his expertise in structuring, executing, and managing high-value transactions.

Adrian’s career began at DC Capital, followed by various roles in both public and private companies, where he gained extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, operational finance, corporate development, and investor relations. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and identify lucrative investment opportunities positioned him as a key player in the industry.

Driven by a vision to support and scale high-growth businesses, Adrian founded Adrian Edge Ventures in 2010. The firm focuses on private equity investments across diverse sectors, including technology, fintech, healthcare, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy—industries poised for transformative growth.
